Day 01: Addis Ababa City Tour
A city tour of Addis Ababa, Capital city of Ethiopia. We will begin with a visit to the Entoto
Mountain to enjoy the scenic beauty of the city and the surrounding countryside. Then, drive to
National Museum that houses great collection of paleontological finds including the famous
Lucy and historical artefacts and paintings. We will conclude our city tour by paying a visit to
the Trinity Cathedral- the second highest ranking church in Ethiopia and the final resting place
of Emperor Haile Selassie.

Day 02:
Addis Ababa-Jinka
Transfer to the airport to fly to Jinka. Check-in to Eco-Omo Lodge. Afternoon, visit the
Ethnographic museum shed light on the diversity of the material as well as spiritual culture of
the tribes that inhabit the entire Omo Valley. End up the day by visiting the nearby Ari village,
known for its pottery and iron-forging skills. The Ari represent the largest group of South Omo
and are the main suppliers of agricultural products for the Omo Valley markets.

Day 03
Jinka- Mursi Village- Turmi
Morning excursion through Mago National park to visit Mursi tribe. The Mursi are one of the
most celebrated ethnic groups. They woman are best known for wearing lip plates on their
lower lips and ear lobes. The men are famous for their scarification and fearsome appearance.
Retrace back to Jinka for lunch followed by a drive to Turmi to use it as a base to explore the
various tribes.

Day 04
Turmi-Omorate-Turmi
After breakfast head south to Omo rate to visit the Dassanech tribe. The Dassanech also known.
as the ‘people of the Delta’, lives on the northern shore of Lake Turkana. You will cross the life-
giving Omo River using a local boat to access the Dase Nech village. Return to Turmi for lunch,

Turmi-Karo-Turmi
Today we will head Korcho a village of Karo tribe on the bank of the Omo River. The Karo are
known for elaborate body paintings. Retrace back to Turmi and visit a market depending on
what day is today.
Day 06
Turmi-Jinka- Addis Ababa
After breakfast drive to Jinka to fly back to Addis Ababa. Use of day room. You will have
farewell cultural dinner with traditional music before heading onto the airport for final
departure.
